When people think about artificial intelligence and startups, they often imagine perfectly planned career paths. Yet for Yossi, a EURECOM alumnus, entrepreneurship was built step by step through experimentation, failures, early projects, and above all, a constant desire to create.
Today, he is the co-founder of Skedul AI, a startup built around an AI voice agent designed to help people achieve their goals. How? By taking care of organization and planning, allowing users to focus on execution. But before dedicating himself full-time to entrepreneurship, Yossi’s journey was shaped by several key experiences spanning engineering, data science, automation, and artificial intelligence.
An Entrepreneurial Mindset from the Start
From a young age, Yossi was already looking for ways to create, experiment, and sell. Over the years, he launched several projects in digital technologies, online education, and artificial intelligence. These experiences helped him develop one of the most valuable entrepreneurial qualities: resilience.
After completing a scientific preparatory program and studying at Télécom SudParis, he joined EURECOM to specialize in Data Science.
A Transformative Experience at EURECOM
At EURECOM, Yossi deepened his expertise in artificial intelligence and data science, but what he remembers most is the human aspect of the experience.
“The humanities and social sciences courses taught me a lot. They helped me communicate better, understand human behavior, and collaborate with people from very different backgrounds.”
The international environment also played a major role in his development. Working alongside students from all over the world helped him build a strong capacity for adaptation, a skill he continues to rely on as an entrepreneur.
“Even today, that international exposure is incredibly valuable to me.”
From Early Responsibilities to Startup Founder
After graduating, Yossi joined Dentego, where he quickly progressed to the role of RPA Lead, managing multiple automation and AI projects.
Yet the desire to build something of his own never disappeared.
A few years later, he left his full-time position to partner with Jordan Allemand, another EURECOM alumnus. Before launching Skedul AI, the two engineers founded SynchronIA, a technology consulting company delivering custom full-code solutions in AI, automation, SaaS, and digital transformation.
This venture allowed them to apply their expertise to real client challenges, generate cash flow, and self-finance the development of their long-term vision: Skedul AI.
Their ambition is to create an intelligent system that enables users to define and achieve meaningful goals while minimizing friction and helping them build lasting discipline.
Today, their daily work combines product development, user feedback, marketing strategy, and investor relations.
Yossi’s Advice for Students
For Yossi, technical skills alone are no longer enough.
“Develop your emotional intelligence as much as your technical skills.”
He encourages students to make the most of EURECOM’s multicultural environment, build meaningful connections, and get involved in practical projects whenever possible.
And when asked to summarize his EURECOM experience in a single word, his answer comes instantly: “International.”
